Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Set up your fleet, invite your drivers, and run live routes before you pay a dime.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, we'll prorate the difference and apply credit to your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my vehicle or unit limits?
We use soft limits, not hard cutoffs. If you're approaching your plan's cap, we'll send you a friendly heads-up so you can decide whether to upgrade. We'll never lock you out of your own data in the middle of a workday.
Do you charge per unit or per job?
No. DropHaul is a flat monthly rate based on your fleet size. Whether you service 50 units or 500, your price stays the same. No per-unit fees, no per-transaction charges, no surprises on your bill.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. Sign up, add your fleet and units, and you're dispatching within the hour. If you need help migrating data from another system, our team will assist at no extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. For annual Fleet plans, we can also accommodate ACH bank transfers or invoiced billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. We'll keep your data for 90 days in case you want to come back.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. For example, the Pro plan drops from $349/mo to $279/mo — that's $840 back in your pocket every year.
