Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, we'll prorate the difference and apply credit to your next billing cycle.

Self-serve paid plans include a UTC calendar-month pool of route optimization credits: 3 on Starter, 6 on Pro, and 12 on Fleet. Enterprise includes unlimited optimization credits. A Standard optimization costs 1 credit and a Premium optimization costs 3. Monthly credits reset on the first day of each UTC month and don't roll over. Purchased credit packs never expire.

Each paid tier bundles a truck capacity: 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Fleet. Backup trucks count against the cap because the plan bundle is designed to cover your working fleet — you won't pay per truck. Need more than 25 trucks or multi-region operations? Talk to us about Enterprise.

Active trucks — including ones used as backups or rotated in and out of service — count against your cap. Trucks marked as retired don't count. If your backup fleet pushes you over a cap, upgrade to the next tier or archive unused trucks as retired.

We use soft limits with friendly nudges, not hard cutoffs. If you're approaching your plan's cap, we'll let you know so you can upgrade when it makes sense. We'll never lock you out of your own data in the middle of a workday.
