## FAQ

**Is there a free plan?** Yes. The Free plan lets you explore the platform with 10 of each entity — customers, jobs, units, sites — forever, no credit card required. Upgrade anytime to unlock unlimited entities and more trucks.

**Can I change plans later?** Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades grant immediate access to new features. Downgrades prorate the difference and apply credit to your next billing cycle.

**How do the truck caps work?** Each paid tier bundles a truck capacity: 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Fleet. Backup trucks count against the cap because the plan bundle is designed to cover your working fleet — you won't pay per truck.

**Do backups and retired trucks count?** Active trucks — including ones used as backups — count against your cap. Trucks marked as retired don't count.

**What happens if I exceed entity limits?** Soft limits with friendly nudges, not hard cutoffs. We'll never lock you out of your own data in the middle of a workday.

**Is there a setup fee?** No setup fees, ever. Data migration assistance included at no charge.

**What payment methods?** All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. ACH/invoiced billing on annual Fleet/Enterprise.

**Can I cancel anytime?** Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Data retained 30 days post-cancellation.

**How much does annual billing save?** Annual is 2 months free — exactly 10× the monthly price.
